Whoever introduces anything contrary to our Religion is rejected

والصَّلَاةُ والسَّلاَمُ عَلَى سَيّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ أَشْرَفِ اْلمُرْسَلِيْنَ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ الطَّيّبِيْنَ الطَّاهِرِيْن

From the rout of Ummu l-Mu’minin Ummu ^Abdi l-Lah ^A‘ishah, may Allah accept her deeds, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ  said:

'Whoever innovates in our Religion a matter that does not conform to it, then it is rejected.' 

Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim. In another narration for Muslim the Prophet said:

'Whoever does a doing that does not conform to our Religion then it is rejected.'
