  Allah, ta^ala, said to His Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in Suratu l-Fath: ﴾إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا، لِتُؤْمِنُوا بِاللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُعَزِّرُوهُ وَتُوَقِّرُوهُ﴿ “Indeed, We have sent you as a witness, a bringer of glad tidings, and a warner of punishment so that you may believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that you may glorify him and show him respect.”

Muslims across the east and west rejoice at the mention of Muhammad ﷺ, gathering to praise him and send blessings upon him. This practice is not something to be condemned nor does it hinder the ‘Ummah; rather, it elevates the nation's and its children's status.

tactic of warfare

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ introduced a new tactic of warfare against the enemies during the Battle of Badr, one that was previously unknown among the Arabs. He fought by organising his troops into rows, a method that is highlighted in the Qur'an in Suratu s-Saff, in the verse: ﴾إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَرْصُوصٌ﴿

THE SECOND MIGRATION (PART THREE)

When the beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ arrived at the house of ‘Abu Bakr As-Siddiq in the early afternoon, he declared: "Allah has permitted me to emigrate." Overjoyed at the prospect of accompanying the Prophet on this blessed journey, ‘Abu Bakr exclaimed, "Companionship, O Messenger of Allah!" expressing his desire to join him on the migration.

THE SECOND MIGRATION (PART FOUR)

 
After three nights, the Messenger of Allah set out with ‘Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, accompanied by ^Amir ibnu Fuhayrah, who served them faithfully. They hired a man named ^Abdu l-Lah ibnu‘Urayqit, from the tribe of Bani ^Abdi bni ^Adiyy, to guide them on their journey. ^Abdu l-Lah was not a Muslim and was not known to have embraced Islam.

As the Prophet ﷺ neared Yathrib - later called "Taybah" in honour of his blessed presence -throngs of Muslims, jubilant and excited that he had arrived, eagerly came forward, each vying for the honour of hosting him, saying: "Let the Prophet be my guest; I will honour him and serve him," and taking hold of the she-camel's reins, attempting to lead it to their homes.
